Tumbling & Trampoline
Tumbling is a type of gymnastics that focuses on floor work such as handstands, cartwheels, walkovers, handsprings and jumps. Athletes will develop their tumbling skills at their own level. They will also develop their tumbling and jump skills on the Tumbl Trak trampoline, as well as a variety of smaller trampolines. They will also work on developing the strength and flexibility needed for advancing their skills.
Note: Tumbling & Trampoline classes are the same as the tumbling classes that have been offered at the gym this year.
