Jenn Bancej

Co-Owner

NCCP Foundations, Artistic Gymnastics, Competitive Level 2 Trained, Level 1 & 2 Trampoline

Jenn is an NCCP certified gymnastics coach as well as a certified Ontario teacher of 26 years with the OCDSB. She has 16 years experience as a gymnastics coach and 13 years experience as a gymnast. Jenn has lots of experience running children's camps and programs. She has also taken many dance classes.

Mary-Anne Leang

Director of Admin & Finance

Mary-Anne loves being involved with youth and helping them reach their potential. She has always been active in our community as a volunteer with many organizations. She has been a law clerk for over 30 years and a raised 18 foster children. Mary-Anne is happy to be part of Infinity’s family and see our athletes grow, both personally and in their skills.

Ashley Sloan

Administrative & Site Supervisor, Recreational Coach

Ashley brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Infinity from her background in retail and customer service. In addition to being our receptionist and site supervisor, Ashley is now part of Infinity’s coaching team. Ashley was 1st a NCCP coach in 2000 and has now received her gymnastics foundations training from Gymnastics Ontario. Ashley makes a lasting impression on everyone who meets her and is a strong asset to Infinity’s team.

Charlotte joined us as a part-time receptionist in January ‘24 and went full-time shortly before our 2024 Fall session as administrative support. Having worked, studied, and lived in the US (NC, TX, and TN) for over a decade, she’s excited to be back and part of the ongoing growth of her hometown!

With a Diploma in Business Administration, Annie brings a great deal of office and bookkeeping experience to the Infinity team.

Wajdi Bouallègue

Competitive Team Director & MAG Coach

NCCP Foundations, Artistic Gymnastics,

Competitive Level 5

Wajdi, originally from Tunisia, is a two-time Olympian, having competed in Athens 2004 and London 2012. A five-time World Cup medalist and one of the world's top floor exercise specialists, Wajdi is also a Canadian-certified Comp 3 and National coach. He brings extensive experience to the competitive teams at Kemptville Infinity. As the coach of the 2017 British champion in Liverpool and the current Canadian senior pommel horse champion in Gatineau 2024, Wajdi, as our Competitive Director, will lead both our MAG and WAG programs to unparalleled success.

Amanda Leang

Recreational Director & Coach

Competitive Level 1,

Trampoline Gymnastics Foundations trained

Before pursuing her interest in coaching gymnastics, Amanda was on 8 competitive cheer teams, including a National champion pom team. She also took gymnastics and was a committed dancer for 14 years, including lessons at Broadway Dance in New York City and she competed in the World Dance Championship in 2019. Amanda enjoys coaching at Infinity and Her current interests outside of Infinity are horseback riding, softball and restoring her 1st gen Dodge Ram truck. Amanda is currently taking Business Management & Entrepreneurship at Algonquin College. Amanda enjoys the variety of things she coaches at Infinity, especially the Community Spririt Team.

Tessa is NCCP comp certified and has 10 years of coaching experience in the Ottawa area as well as Toronto. She also has 8 years of experience competing as a gymnast. She completed her SSW diploma and is currently working as an EA.

Amanda being a competitive gymnast in the past, she brings wealth of knowledge and skills to Infinity. In addition to being a part-time Competitive coach and floor supervisor at Infinity, Amanda works full time at the Winchester hospital.

Recreational Coach

Keeley grew up as an athlete at Infinity on the All Star cheer and pom teams. She has since become part of the Vibe Sharks cheer team and loves assisting our athletes. Keeley won Kemptville's Buskerfest Got Talent Show in 2023 and has been performing at many local venues.

Kya is a very well rounded athlete and coach bringing varied experience to her role at Infinity. She was a recreational gymnast for 7 years and she also did step-dancing and cross country running for a couple years. She has also played hockey and soccer since she was 4 and currently plays on the Kemptville Thunder U18AA.

Lia enjoys coaching at Infinity, which has become her second home (when not away at University). As the Assistant Summer Camp Director, Lia has applied her upbeat personality to keeping up the fun. Lia also enjoys coaching Ninja classes whenever possible!

Darby is excited to be joining Infinity after having received a Bachelor’s degree in Childhood and Youth Studies from Carleton University and is currently attending the University of Ottawa, pursuing a teaching degree. Darby enjoys reading, baking and crafting and loved gymnastics as a youth. We are pleased she now brings that same energy and passion for children to the Summer Camp and Before and After School Care Programs.

Ellie has coached cheer, gymnastics, parkour, and summer camps at Kemptville Infinity this past year. She is also a cheerleader who has competed at the world championships for the past two years, having started her career right here at Kemptville Infinity! Ellie also enjoys playing many other sports such as basketball, soccer, and badminton.

Kate is a gymnastics coach at infinity and is NCCP Foundations and Artistic Gymnastics trained. She loves helping young athletes reach their goals. Outside of Infinity, she spends a lot of time at the rink as she is a competitive figure skater. Kate also enjoys being with her friends, reading and going on walks.

Maddi is the epitome of "providing endless possibilities" with Infinity! As an athlete herself, Maddi has been dancing and performing since the age of 3 - recently securing her position on the Red Blacks Dance Team while continuing her education in the Criminology program at Carleton University.

Maya loves working with kids and she has gained her gymnastics experience as a former athlete at Infinity. Maya has enjoyed coaching at Infinity Summer Camps this year. Maya enjoys seeing our athletes develop their skills and assisting wherever needed.

Recreational Coach

Jacob is currently a high school student and Recreational Coach. Here at Infinity, he can share his knowledge and love of Ninja and artistic Gymnastics. He is multi-lingual (French, English and German with basic Spanish). He is a percussionist, and loves the outdoors. Jacob is excited to assist our athletes develop their skills.

Skylar started with Infinity as a NGDHS Co-op Student when she found her love for children! That mixed with her love of art, excites her to see the creativity it allows. She enjoy many sports like cross country, track & field and badminton. Skylar is a great helper with the Before and After School Program and we are looking forward to her enthusiasm as she takes on her own classes in the upcoming session.

Chloe, having taken classes at Infinity herself some years back, joins us with a strong background in Cheerleading and Tumbling. She's helped with horseback riding camps and Girl Guides and is thrilled to continue her experience working with children here!

Alexandra is a natural leader with previous coach-in-training experience in the sport of volleyball! She is a natural and self-taught gymnast now with the foundations for proper technique, she expels her enthusiasm and love for ninja and gymnastics in all her classes.

Cheer and Tumbling Coach

NCCP Level 1 - 7 Cheer 

Ashlin brings a strong background in education, coaching, and youth programming. With degrees in French and Education from Carleton University and University of Ottawa, along with years of experience in cheerleading, gymnastics, camps, and teaching, she has developed a well-rounded approach to working with children of all ages. Her extensive certifications in safety, coaching, and first aid, combined with leadership experience in both recreational and competitive environments, make her a fantastic addition to our team.

Ruby

Coach In Training

Ruby started off in Cheer at our facility, before it was even Infinity! She's back with a love of children and staying fit. In the summers, if she's not at camp, you will find Ruby in the water, usually competing for the Johnstown Swim Team! Ruby is working on her NCCP Foundations course.

Coach in Training

Alyce has been a valued member of the Kemptville Infinity family for over six years, beginning as an athlete in our competitive cheer program and growing into a leader within our gymnastics community. As a Coach-in-Training, she brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for helping young athletes develop their skills and confidence. Alyce is an accomplished gymnast, earning a first-place provincial vault title in her age category at the Women's Artistic Gymnastics Provincials. She is also a dedicated mentor, role model, and member of our Community Spirit Team, known for her loyalty, determination, and ability to stay calm under pressure. We are excited to have Alyce join our coaching team and look forward to the positive impact she will continue to make at Infinity.

Asher is a NGDHS student, coming to the gym with experience in child care. As he completes his Foundations training, Asher is assisting with the After School Care program. In his free time, you will find Asher practicing on his guitar.

Growing up Blair did many different sports, including gymnastics for a few years before joining competitive cheer for nearly 10 years. She had the opportunity to compete at the cheerleading worlds in Orlando, in 2022, 2023, and 2024. Blair is currently pursuing a bachelors of science in nursing at St.Lawrence. Outside of school she loves coaching, hanging out with friends, and spending time with family!

Hailey’s experience has come full circle as she is now a coach in the gym where she trained as an athlete doing competitive cheer. In addition to being a competitive cheerleader for 8 years, Hailey also has many years of dance training. Participating in all things active, including track and field, hiking, and walking her dogs and being in nature also keeps her busy. She said she could not be more happy to coach and inspire young athletes as she used to look up to her own coaches. In the future, Hailey hopes to work in education as a teacher.

Ayre grew up as an athlete at Infinity on their All Star cheer and pom teams. She helped coach her school cheer team and she was on the Flyers Allstarz World Championship cheer team and came second in Canada. She hopes one day to be on a team that wins the cheer World Championships. She is currently studying at Carleton University to become a family lawyer.
