What can we expect for a party? 

You can expect your birthday child and friends to have a one-hour Coach-led party on the spring floor. You may choose from Cheer, Ninja, Gymnastics or Open Play. The Coach will lead children through a routine, obstacles or use of the equipment, plus plenty of games with your choice of party music and a chance for a group picture before moving upstairs to the party room for 45 minutes for gifts and goodies! Your birthday child will also receive a special T-shirt from us!

What do I need to tell the invitees? 

Birthday Party-goers should plan to arrive no more than 5 minutes prior to the party start time. They will need to remove their socks and shoes on arrival. Parents (not remaining on site) will need to sign the waiver when they arrive. Party-goers should be dressed comfortably, remove any jewelry and have long hair tied back. Party times overlap and are strictly 1 hour and 45 minutes, so we appreciate a prompt pick-up.

Can I bring food? 

Yes! Please keep in mind that we are a nut-free facility, but you are welcome to bring your own food and beverages (or have it delivered). You are responsible for bringing all your own cutlery, plates, etc.  Please remember to bring candles and a lighter and a knife for the cake!

Can I get into the party room before hand? 

Yes. On arrival, there may still be a party on-going in the Party Room. Reception will provide you with details on where to leave your items in the meantime. Our team will tidy up the previous party and indicate to you when the Party Room is accessible to start decorating (approx. 30-40 minutes prior to the rest of the group finishing with a coach on the Gym floor.) There is no need to arrive any earlier than 5-10 minutes prior to the party start time.

I am not sure how many children are attending, when do you need to know? 

On registration, we ask that you indicate the maximum number of children invited. We will ensure we have the correct number of coaches required (as per Gymnastics Ontario insurance). If the number of children attending changes, we ask for an email to

eventswithinfinity@gmail.com at least one week in advance of the party.

Who counts in the maximum number attending? 

The birthday child(ren) and their youth guests over the age of 2. Parents remaining on site and siblings not participating are not counted.

How do I book a Laser Tag party, and what are the rates? 

Laser Tag parties are available on the first Saturday of the month. Please email eventswithinfinity@gmail.com for availability and to book. 

We can accommodate up to 10 players for $375+ HST, or up to 15 players for $500+ HST.

When and How do I pay? 

At the time of registration, you will be asked for a credit card (Visa or Mastercard) so we may process a $100 deposit in order to reserve your spot. We will process the remainder of the party fees (based on the number of attendees at registration, unless updated with us) on the business day following the party.

What if I have to cancel? 

As per our payment policy, if you cancel your registration for a special event within 14 days of the event, your deposit/registration will not be refunded.

What if there is inclement weather? 

If Kemptville Infinity determines the weather is too poor to be driving, we will contact you by 10am the day of your party, and we will do the best we can to reschedule. We are pleased to have installed an Air Cooling system in August 2025 to remain comfortable on those hot summer days!

What if I forgot something there? 

We keep lost items for the duration of a month before donating to charity. Please stop by or contact us and we will do our best to locate your missing item.
