Competitive Gymnastics offers gymnasts age 5+ the opportunity to train in a women's artistic gymnastics competitive environment, which includes further developing their gymnastics skills, learning X-cel routines and participating in local gymnastics competitions. This program focuses on building strong skill foundations, strength, flexibility, and confidence.

All programs are coached by our Competitive Director, Anna, who has extensive experience coaching and women's artistic competitive gymnastics.
