Women's Artistic Gymnastics
Competitive Gymnastics offers gymnasts age 5+ the opportunity to train in a women's artistic gymnastics competitive environment, which includes further developing their gymnastics skills, learning X-cel routines and participating in local gymnastics competitions. This program focuses on building strong skill foundations, strength, flexibility, and confidence.

Elite Trainer, and 2-time Olympian, Coach Wajdi, coaches MAG athletes representing Kemptville Infinity!
MAG and Recreation practice is: Fridays 7-8:30pm.
Male Athletes 5+ train on rings, bars, pommel horse and floor (tumbling) routines.
Elite Canada MAG competition
Feb 2025.
Competitive Gymnastics is an "invitation only" program, and an assessment must be completed prior to joining the program.
