Parent Advisory Committee

Valued Kemptville Infinity Families,

We are excited to share that, just in time for the start of National Volunteer Week, we are officially launching our Parent Advisory Council (PAC) at Kemptville Infinity! This initiative aims to create a more structured and collaborative way for families to share feedback, ideas, and perspectives that help us continue to grow and improve our programs. The council will serve in an advisory role—offering valuable insight and parent perspectives—while day-to-day operations and decision-making will remain with our leadership team.
 
The PAC focuses on strengthening communication between families and staff, supporting a positive and inclusive environment. Members will represent the broader Infinity community and contribute thoughtful, constructive feedback through scheduled discussions. We want your help in our ongoing mission to provide endless possibilities for all athletes.

As such, we are now inviting expressions of interest from parents who would like to be considered for this volunteer-based council. If you are interested, please either reply here or email charlotte@kemptvilleinfinity.com (subject "PAC Volunteer Application") with a brief introduction of yourself, your vision for Infinity and the Parent Advisory Council, and what/how you feel you could contribute. Please submit your interest by the end of May; final selections will be made by the end of June in time for the July newsletter. Note that while we envision this council to have diverse representation across all of our programs, there may still be limited spots available.
